You will fill out our ONLINE FORM and print out a copy to be included in package when you follow our shipping instructions.

How do I ship the cremains?

The USPS is the only service that will ship cremains.  Shipping usually takes about 1-2 business days with USPS Priority Express

How are the cremains (ashes) dispersed into the ocean?

1. The cremains are poured directly from the original container into the ocean.  2. Special urns are now made for burials at sea. They are 100% biodegradable and can be placed into the ocean.  3.The ashes are transferred from the container provided to a basket layered with flowers.  The basket is lowered and tilted to release the cremations and flowers into the sea

When the remains will be scattered?

Within 14 days of receipt - as long as weather permits.

Can I, or other family members be there when you spread the ashes?

With our custom package, we can schedule a Zoom call or Facetime live stream of the ceremony offshore.

How will I know where dispersal took place?

Accepted Answer

The Captain will log exact latitude and longitude from GPS coordinates at time of scattering. These coordinates will be in your client portal and on your burial certificate.

When will I receive video/photos of the ceremony?

Photos and video will be uploaded to our website with a password protected link within 48 hours following the ceremony.

Can I have you spread remains of multiple family members/pets?

Yes, we can put together a custom plan for you and discount multiple scatterings.

Yes, we are very flexible and we do our best to fulfill all requests.
